Chester Property Care was founded to seamlessly integrate experienced real estate
development with effective property management services. As a minority-owned business,
our mission is to revitalize underserved neighborhoods by delivering high-quality housing
solutions that align with the needs and long-term vitality of the communities we serve.

Since 2016, Chester Property Care has been a trusted leader in real estate redevelopment
throughout Essex County, with deep roots in Irvington, New Jersey—where our journey
began. We have completed more than 15 redevelopment projects within the Township
and remain actively invested in its growth through community initiatives, including block
adoption, educational workshops on real estate acquisition, and youth-focused programs.
Our work is driven by a commitment to expanding homeownership opportunities and
advancing affordable housing.

In 2025, Chester Property Care made a transformative $2 million investment in the
Township’s redevelopment, revitalizing vacant lots and abandoned homes. This strategic
initiative resulted in six (6) newly constructed homes and ten (10) fully renovated
residences, reinforcing the company’s commitment to community growth and
neighborhood revitalization.

Chester Property Care is currently advancing 18 redevelopment projects throughout the
Township, encompassing both new construction and full-scale rehabilitations.

In addition, we are proposing a 15-unit residential development featuring two- and three-
bedroom apartments, with approximately 75% of the units designated as affordable

housing.
